The Lead Process Engineer optimizes operating processes for the AXIS platform in the BFSI sector, engaging with various teams to ensure scalable and compliant workflows. Responsibilities include end-to-end documentation, automation-first process engineering, and enhancing client implementations while integrating risk and compliance controls.

As an Account Executive, you will drive new business, manage relationships with prospects, and utilize market intelligence to present solutions and close sales.

Lead and run copy-first creative across Mangomint and sub-brands: own brand voice, campaign concepts, art direction for video and design, and quality control. Mentor direct reports (Copywriter, Sr. Video Production Manager), direct agency and internal designers, and partner with Creative Ops to manage delivery.

Executes trade show and event programs across multiple brands, including logistics, vendor coordination, lead capture, budgets, collateral, and post-event reporting. Manages organic social media calendars, copy, design, short-form video, community engagement, paid social support, and monthly performance reporting. Also coordinates event email campaigns and sales handoffs. Requires strong organization, writing, project management, graphic design, and budget-reporting skills, with approximately 25% travel.

Lead architecture and hands-on implementation of a full-stack platform and production AI systems (LLM integration, RAG, agentic workflows). Ship user-facing features across frontend, backend, data pipelines, infrastructure, testing, and monitoring. Set technical direction, tooling, and engineering practices while partnering with product and program teams.

Execute trades per firm strategies, monitor crypto markets, analyze charts and indicators, follow market news, apply risk management, record and review performance, use trading platforms, and continuously develop trading skills under mentorship.

Integrates SAST, DAST, container scanning, compliance, vulnerability, and secrets-management controls into DevOps workflows. Supports secure platform migration into classified enclaves, enforces hardened configurations, and implements logging, monitoring, and alerting. Collaborates with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to maintain system integrity, continuous compliance, and resilient mission-critical operations.

Serve as chief technologist for software architecture, AI/ML systems, data and enterprise integration. Define technical strategy, reference architectures, guardrails; lead MLOps, model lifecycle, evaluations, cloud migration, IV&V, and mentor engineers in a SAFe Agile environment.

Design, build, and maintain reusable frameworks, libraries, APIs, and reference implementations for zero trust authentication and authorization. Partner with developers, architects, and infrastructure to enable secure-by-design integrations, implement fine-grained authorization patterns, conduct code reviews, create developer documentation, and research emerging IAM/zero trust technologies.

Support JMI's marketing team by creating customer profiles, helping develop targeting strategies for other interns, and completing a flexible, course-aligned market research project under mentor guidance.

Create standard design guidelines and graphic assets to support the marketing team and fellow interns. Work is project-based, guided by a volunteer mentor, and flexible to meet course internship requirements.
