Provide cradle-to-grave federal acquisition and contract management support for a DHS-USSS contract: develop and review SOWs/PWSs/SOOs, prepare acquisition strategies, market research, J&A and IGE documents, support solicitation and award actions, manage post-award administration, maintain procurement files, and produce technical documentation consistent with FAR, DHS, and USSS standards.

Provide Tier II on-site endpoint and identity support across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. Perform imaging, deployment, patching, vulnerability remediation, secure imaging, and device management using Intune/JAMF/Ivanti/KACE. Troubleshoot authentication/Connectivy/endpoint issues, administer Entra ID/Active Directory and MFA, mentor Tier I staff, create SOPs, coordinate with engineering, network, cloud, and cybersecurity teams, and maintain asset/ticket records.
