Lead Cirrus Logic's federal and Texas government affairs and regulatory strategy. Advocate before Congress, agencies, and trade associations on export controls, trade, immigration, and semiconductor policy; translate regulatory and geopolitical developments into business risk and opportunity assessments; manage outside lobbyists and coalition engagement; support regulatory strategy and coordinate with Legal, Investor Relations, and executive leadership. Maintain relationships with policymakers, represent the company at industry forums, and ensure policy positions protect supply chain, market access, and talent.

Lead projects from initiation through close, managing budgets, schedules, profit objectives, and financial performance. Lead technical planning and execution of AWS-to-Azure cloud migration and enterprise application modernization. Design Azure architectures, develop migration roadmaps, guide engineering teams, ensure security and compliance, produce technical documentation, and support executive briefings and incident restoration.

Provide Tier II on-site endpoint and identity support across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. Perform imaging, deployment, patching, vulnerability remediation, secure imaging, and device management using Intune/JAMF/Ivanti/KACE. Troubleshoot authentication/Connectivy/endpoint issues, administer Entra ID/Active Directory and MFA, mentor Tier I staff, create SOPs, coordinate with engineering, network, cloud, and cybersecurity teams, and maintain asset/ticket records.

Lead litigation advisory engagements including economic damages quantification, business valuation, forensic accounting, expert report preparation, deposition and trial support. Manage client relationships, mentor staff, oversee budgets and quality control, and support business development and practice growth.

Lead and manage the full federal capture lifecycle: identify and qualify opportunities, drive proposal development, ensure FAR and procurement compliance, build relationships with government customers and partners, coordinate internal stakeholders, and secure complex federal contract awards. May require travel for training, conferences, or client visits.

Support fundraising operations by maintaining gift-tracking and CRM data, pulling lists, drafting grant reports, conducting prospect research, running automations, producing reports, and managing projects to improve team effectiveness. Role supports donor briefings and principal call time. Temporary remote position through Nov 13, 2026, with possible extension.
