Quota-carrying senior enterprise sales role responsible for winning new enterprise logos, managing full sales cycle from prospect to close, forecasting, using Salesforce and sales tools, collaborating with sales engineering and development, and selling to C-level and IT/business stakeholders.

Manage and approve quotes, own the CPQ process, advise Sales on deal strategy and pricing, analyze pricing and CPQ data for trends, and partner with Finance, Legal, and RevOps to handle complex deals and improve deal velocity and compliance.

Build client relationships, guide regulatory and remedial strategy, support proposals and presentations, collaborate with project teams, mentor staff, and contribute to market strategy. Participate in technical remediation phases and ensure successful project execution.

Lead and grow the Operational Transformation consulting practice by originating and delivering large-scale manufacturing transformation engagements. Combine business development, executive advisory, and delivery leadership to drive Lean, digital, and AI-enabled improvements across multi-site operations while building firm capabilities and mentoring consulting teams.

Lead and manage IT systems, teams, and concurrent projects. Analyze business systems and user needs, document requirements, define scope, and ensure timely delivery of development and hardware deliverables. Oversee internal systems (MMIS, IVR, ESA, data warehouses), support implementations, and promote proper use of corporate IT resources.

Lead the Americas Customer Success organization, managing Team Leads/Managers to drive retention, expansion, product adoption, and customer value. Ensure proactive adoption, success-plan execution, executive engagement, and close partnership with Sales, Technical Delivery, Product, and Support. Build leadership bench, coach on cybersecurity adoption and executive storytelling, and influence renewal and expansion outcomes.

Manage and scale global employee giving and volunteering programs: administer CSR platform, plan volunteer events, build communications, manage nonprofit partnerships, track and report participation/impact, and travel to offices (20-25%).

Provide on-site B2B sales support and fittings, promote the CustomFit program, assist sales team to reach goals, address customer objections and complaints, and collaborate with account and inside sales teams.
