Sales Engineers at Harness act as technical support for sales, driving technology evaluations, demonstrating product value, and collaborating with customers and engineering teams.

The Senior IT Systems Engineer will design, implement, and maintain IT systems, ensuring reliability and performance, while providing technical leadership and guidance.

Manage operationalization and maintenance of Fee For Service contracts and facility credentialing. Perform high-volume contract reviews, resolve network and claims issues, maintain data integrity across systems (Orion, CLM, COR, Salesforce, IBM), produce reporting, and build payor relationships. Prioritize tasks to meet SLAs, maintain QA standards, and operate autonomously while collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive account resolutions.

Manage a $100M+ vehicle portfolio across Central/West territory, optimize resale decisioning and pricing, oversee operational workflow at auction locations, train auction staff, inspect vehicles, analyze market data, and travel frequently to maximize recovery and minimize losses.

Manage and approve quotes, own the CPQ process, advise Sales on deal strategy and pricing, analyze pricing and CPQ data for trends, and partner with Finance, Legal, and RevOps to handle complex deals and improve deal velocity and compliance.

Administer defined benefit pension plans, perform and validate retirement calculations, handle complex participant inquiries, ensure ERISA/IRS compliance, conduct quality reviews, support annual valuation and reporting, collaborate with clients/actuaries/vendors, lead process improvements, assist with system implementations, and mentor team members.

Develop and deliver internal and external communications to align executive vision with operations during reorganization. Create and edit content (newsletters, SharePoint, presentations, FAQs, scripts), support change management and engagement activities (Town Halls, surveys, feedback loops), and track communications metrics to measure adoption and optimize strategy.

Manage and deliver IVLP program design and logistics for 70–120 international participants yearly. Coordinate with State Department and community partners, arrange itineraries and meetings, oversee budgets and reporting, supervise program coordinators, prepare materials, facilitate meetings (virtual/in-person), and ensure program goals and participant support. Occasional travel required.

Lead business development and client management for contaminated sediment remediation projects. Build client relationships, guide regulatory and remedial strategy, support proposals and presentations, collaborate with project teams, mentor staff, and contribute to market strategy. Participate in technical remediation phases and ensure successful project execution.

Provide advanced enterprise technical support for FedRAMP/DoD environments: troubleshoot cloud, networking, and infrastructure issues; perform root cause analysis; deploy and optimize containerized and IaC-based environments; maintain SLAs; mentor junior staff; collaborate with engineering/product/sales; and ensure secure, compliant production operations.
