Lead DHI’s FP&A and Revenue Operations functions, partnering with the CFO, Board, and senior leaders on budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial reporting, revenue strategy, pipeline governance, sales compensation, and business performance. Build financial infrastructure, improve systems and processes, align finance with go-to-market teams, and develop high-performing FP&A and Revenue Operations leaders and teams.

Elicits, analyzes, documents, validates, and tracks IT requirements; serves as a liaison between customers and implementation teams; reviews requirements for clarity, completeness, and compliance; prepares status and formal reviews; creates statistical data; reports technical progress; documents issues and recommends solutions.

Guide sales organizations through enablement curricula, quarterly skill-building sprints, coaching, and behavior change. Support enablement leaders and sales managers, run QBRs, quantify customer results, retain and expand accounts, and partner with sales. Build the customer success function from the ground up, including customer lifecycle processes, training programs, and influence on the product roadmap.

Assists with functional requirements-based and integration testing for TCAC SIGINT/EW systems. Analyzes requirements, develops test steps and cases, prepares test documentation, and reports and tracks software defects. The role requires extensive Signals Intelligence or Distributed Common Ground System experience, including expertise across requirements, data analysis, testing, or training, plus an active Top Secret clearance and Security+ CE certification.

Own strategic relationships and outcomes across complex customer accounts, driving adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion. Develop success plans, analyze platform data, mitigate risks, lead executive meetings and escalations, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and advocate for customer needs. The role requires supporting healthcare or government customers, improving workflows through change management, translating data into action, and serving as a resource to peers. This is a remote U.S. role limited to Ohio residents with up to 30% travel.

Drive revenue by prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing out-of-home advertising contracts. Manage sales pipelines, renew existing accounts, upsell services, coordinate billboard artwork and campaign execution, support collections, monitor market trends, and maintain client relationships. Mentor and supervise business development staff, approve timesheets, and collaborate with design and operations teams to ensure advertising campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.

Manage customer communications, schedule estimators and jobs, track employee hours and job purchases, maintain inventory and marketing materials, assist with invoicing, support estimators with materials/pricing, and help maintain social media and email outreach.

Owns end-to-end supply planning across a warehouse network, including demand forecast reconciliation, replenishment, purchasing, inventory deployment, stocking levels, and S&OP coordination. Partners with Finance, Sales, and third-party fulfillment providers to improve forecast accuracy, inventory efficiency, and service levels. Maintains planning data integrity, monitors inventory and supplier risks, creates reports, and drives cross-functional process improvements.

Own end-to-end SaaS implementations for automotive dealerships, including discovery, configuration, data validation, troubleshooting, training, go-live, hypercare, documentation, and escalation management. Serve as the customer-facing subject matter expert for AI-enabled products, manage implementation timelines and stakeholders, support adoption, and relay field feedback to product and engineering teams. The role is hybrid and requires 50–70% travel to client dealerships.

Own Spinwheel’s discovery and growth function, identifying and validating new opportunities in debt, lending, and consumer finance. Develop hypotheses, run lean experiments, build revenue cases, and lead go/no-go decisions. Own validated products from launch through growth, including scope, sequencing, measurement, and post-launch learning. Maintain the opportunity pipeline and advise leadership on market, regulatory, and industry trends. This role requires independent 0-to-1 product leadership in fintech and enterprise B2B products.
