Provide end-user technical support for hardware, software, and peripherals. Analyze customer journeys and subscription datasets to identify drop-offs and growth opportunities. Translate complex genomic insights into clear customer messaging, run experiments and A/B tests, and partner with Product, Data, and Engineering to improve tracking, data quality, and infrastructure.

Lead large, complex application development projects using Agile/Scrum from initiation through delivery. Manage schedules, risks, budgets, resources, governance and stakeholder expectations. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, use Jira for backlog/sprint management, oversee technical teams, ensure privacy/security/compliance deliverables, and coordinate architecture reviews and project gating.

Lead month-end close and prepare financial statements for U.S. entities; maintain reconciliations and controls, ensure US GAAP compliance, support audits and tax filings, produce cash flow forecasts, partner with FP&A on budgets/analysis, and drive finance transformation and process improvements.

Lead multi-channel digital marketing programs including social media, email, SEO, business listings, and website development. Use analytics to drive decisions, create engaging content, and manage projects to drive growth for the health system.
