Manage and grow an assigned Minnesota territory by building relationships with independent insurance agencies, prospecting and recruiting partners, developing business plans, and collaborating with underwriting and internal teams. Conduct regular agency visits, provide coaching and training, analyze production and profitability, and share market insights to improve products and processes. Travel throughout the territory with occasional overnight trips (about 15-25%).

Create low-touch request-to-delivery pipelines for collateral, centralized event intake and tracking, AI-assisted content refresh workflows, and operational support for external vendors. Establish repeatable, automated event logistics and tracking to minimize manual effort while contributing to strategic GTM initiatives.

Serve as the primary liaison between clinical teams and long-term care facility partners to nurture and retain accounts. Coordinate meetings, gather customer feedback, use CRM and data to optimize service, and represent the company in the local community. Focus on relationship-driven retention and strategic collaboration with leadership to improve patient outcomes.
