Use ServiceNow for ITSM, follow ITIL processes, perform scripting (Bash/Ksh/Perl/Python), and support banking/finance IT security operations. Mainframe DB2 tools are a plus.

Manage general ledger activity, reconciliations, and journal entries; handle AP, AR, payroll, and intercompany transactions; support month-end and year-end close; prepare financial reports and audit documentation; investigate variances and partner with finance leadership to ensure accurate, timely financial operations.

Implement and maintain the credit union's cybersecurity infrastructure and controls—focusing on Microsoft 365 E5 security, cloud collaboration protection, email security, incident response, vulnerability and risk management, MDR/SIEM coordination, compliance (GLBA/financial regulations), security documentation, and staff mentoring.
