The Director of Product Management will oversee Idera's Developer Tools portfolio, managing product teams, shaping product strategies, and ensuring market growth.

Serve as the technical bridge between Sales and GTM data to translate healthcare client needs into solutions, run demos, support deal strategy, manage customer journey from opportunity through implementation, surface risks and market insights, and represent Force at events.

Own customers’ business transformation roadmaps and measurable outcomes beyond software deployment. Partner with C-level and board stakeholders to build transformation business cases, prioritize processes, lead organizational change, measure ROI, prove results, and drive expansion from pilots to enterprise rollouts. The role requires FMCG or retail expertise, Big Four or top-tier consulting experience, executive credibility, change leadership, and strong outcome measurement skills.

Lead HR operations and strategy for assigned business units, drive HR service delivery and operational excellence, oversee employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, compliance, and organizational development. Partner with system HR leaders and COEs to implement policies, improve processes, and build leadership capability to support strategic goals.

Partner with small-business clients to manage full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, interview, and hire candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers, document recruiting plans and timelines, coordinate interviews and offers, and provide consultative recruiting and HR support on a fractional, part-time basis.

Staff Software Engineers at Didero will own the design and development of a high-performance application, focusing on scalability and seamless user interactions while navigating complex workflows and system integrations.

Design, build, and deploy production AI agents and workflows for supplier management. Own the full AI stack (model selection, prompt engineering, RAG, tool use, evals) and integrate agentic systems with ERPs, communication platforms, and third-party APIs. Iterate for reliability, collaborate with product and domain experts, and shape applied AI architecture and methodology across the company.

Produce, shoot, and edit local news stories independently as an on-camera reporter and solo videographer. Operate drones and mobile gear, deliver 1-2 polished pieces per half-day, and rapidly publish content for broadcast and social media while meeting tight deadlines.
