Supports day-to-day HR operations across a multi-state behavioral health organization, including employee relations, investigations, HRIS administration, payroll and timekeeping, recruiting, onboarding, leave administration, performance management, compliance, credentialing, and confidential recordkeeping. Supervises staff and collaborates with landowners, agencies, conservation organizations, universities, Tribal governments, funders, and other stakeholders. Contributes to organization-wide strategy, planning, budgeting, and decision-making.

Build and operate scalable backend services, APIs, and cloud systems for enterprise-facing AI reliability products. Own features end to end from design through rollout and iteration, contribute frontend functionality using React, manage application data, and collaborate with product, design, leadership, and engineering.
