Lead full-cycle recruitment and candidate experience, design and deliver new employee orientation and 90-day onboarding, coordinate pre-employment screening, support employee engagement and retention programs, train leaders on interviewing, and continuously improve recruitment processes.

Manage caregiver staffing for private-pay clients: coordinate placements, schedules, onboarding, recruitment support, client and caregiver communication, staffing metrics, payroll coordination, and compliance to ensure reliable, high-quality home care services.
