Lead and produce sophisticated prospect research to inform fundraising solicitations and donor management. Manage workers' compensation claims from loss through resolution, partnering with TPAs, operations and safety. Lead investigations, reserve reviews, medical care oversight, return-to-work (TAD) programs, litigation strategy, and training to reduce claim costs and improve processes.
