Senior Microsoft systems/cloud engineer responsible for administering and securing Microsoft 365, Exchange, Active Directory (on-prem and Azure), Intune/MDM, VPN, Teams, and related infrastructure. Tasks include migrations, automation with PowerShell, incident resolution, conditional access/MFA, monitoring anti-spam and email systems, AD audits, managing domain services and permissions, and producing documentation and user guides while meeting SLAs.
