Lead design, implementation, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform for USCENTCOM J6. Architect integrations, workflows, ITOM/ITAM/SPM modules, oversee upgrades, ensure security, and maintain documentation and governance.

Capture verbatim audio/video records of depositions and legal proceedings using specialized recording equipment and software. Set up and test equipment, administer oaths, annotate testimony for transcription, secure exhibits, back up files, and maintain professional client relations while meeting quality and deadline standards.
