Own operational and technical execution for Client Success: resolve HubSpot tickets, document bugs in ClickUp, configure PMS integrations (Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio, Rent Manager, Entrata), run audits and reports, QA client setups, provide live support and training, and build knowledge-base and AI-powered efficiency tools.

Maintain general ledger, post journal entries, reconcile accounts, support month- and year-end close, prepare financial statements and management reports, handle AP/AR and payroll, assist with tax filings and audit preparation, support budgeting/forecasting, identify process improvements, and produce ad hoc financial analysis.

Support commercial customers with product selection, order management, billing, deliveries, and returns. Generate new business via outbound and in-person outreach, conduct account visits, manage inventory and vehicle safety, handle cash procedures, and lead the commercial team in the manager's absence while promoting a safe, compliant work environment.

Serve as a strategic HR partner to leadership, managing full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, investigations, HRIS/HR data and compliance tracking, performance management, workforce planning, and HR operations to support organizational effectiveness and regulatory reporting.
