Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and drive revenue growth. Develop tools, track metrics, analyze trends, support offboarding, and drive continuous improvements to improve retention and the lateral attorney experience.

Manage technical projects from award through closeout, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, field installation oversight, subcontractor management, risk mitigation, customer communication, and financial reporting to ensure on-time, on-budget completion and customer satisfaction.

Perform day-to-day accounting including journal entries, account reconciliations, AR/AP subledger reconciliations, fixed asset management, expense review, support audits and tax filings, and assist with month-end close and special projects.

Lead and develop the PM community to ensure consistent, high-quality project delivery. Coach PMs, conduct PIRs, monitor commercial, risk, schedule, and quality metrics, support proposal pricing and performance analysis, run trainings (Oracle/IPS), approve project setups, and act as project manager on assignments to improve project execution and controls.

Lead strategy and product ownership for lead generation, CRM and pipeline effectiveness, customer profiling/advisory tools, and account origination platforms. Drive UX standards, backlog prioritization, AI-enabled insights, adoption, and frontline feedback mechanisms to improve lead-to-close workflows and sales productivity across Retail, SMB, and Mortgage channels.

Generate new business by prospecting and building relationships with industrial and manufacturing customers. Manage and grow an assigned territory, create a sales pipeline, deliver consultative compressed-air solutions, collaborate with service and technical teams, and meet sales goals.

Drive revenue growth by identifying new business, prospecting and onboarding accounts, building strategic account playbooks, negotiating with suppliers, coordinating product introductions and training, and maintaining sales activity records in CRM while supporting branches and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
