Manages lower-level, non-complex workers’ compensation claims under supervision. Leads the organization’s spatial data capability by defining governance, standards, quality processes, and scalable delivery methods. Connects occupancy, utilization, and workplace data to business and real estate decisions; partners with technology teams on platform implementations and modernization. Advises clients, develops playbooks and thought leadership, improves service consistency, and supports practice growth through cross-functional, global leadership.

Provide administrative support to department leadership by managing communications, coordinating meetings and logistics, preparing documents and reports, maintaining spreadsheets and dashboards, supporting community engagement, and identifying process improvements. Travel within Missouri required to support leadership meetings.

Conduct project-based electronic discovery document reviews for future legal matters. Work remotely with variable hours and a flexible schedule using employer-approved review technology.
