What You Will DoLead the spatial data capability
Define and evolve spatial data standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
Create repeatable processes for data quality, stewardship, audit readiness, and consistency.
Drive alignment across clients, tools, regions, and service delivery models.
Apply spatial data through a business lens
Translate spatial data discipline into practical business value for clients and the practice.
Improve reporting integrity, implementation quality, scalability, and decision support.
Use spatial and occupancy data to support predictive, data-driven decisions based on current occupancy models.
Optimize, implement, and manage advanced spatial systems that measure utilization and align workplace environments to business needs, helping increase operational effectiveness and productivity.
Help assess where modernization—including emerging AI opportunities—may improve workflows, reporting, or client value.
Partner with technology teams
Work closely with technology teams to support workplace technology implementations, re-implementations, and ongoing enablement.

Modernize methods and delivery

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
