Outside territory sales role responsible for prospecting, building relationships, and growing revenue within an assigned geographic territory through in-person customer visits, proposals, and CRM-managed pipeline activity.

Prepare monthly journal entries, reconciliations, and financial supplemental schedules; import patient claims into the GL; maintain purchasing card system; submit Florida Unclaimed Property return; gather data for Medicare cost reports; assist with annual audit and provide financial statements to management and the Board.

Serve as a strategic HR partner to leadership, managing full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, investigations, HRIS/HR data and compliance tracking, performance management, workforce planning, and HR operations to support organizational effectiveness and regulatory reporting.

Manage full-cycle accounting for 25-30 monthly clients: enter and classify data, reconciliations, fixed asset tracking, journal entries, prepare financial statements, payroll and tax returns, W2/1099 reporting, client communication, and support tax/ad-hoc projects.
