Serve as primary liaison between Surgical Instrument Service and healthcare facilities: build relationships, coordinate repairs/logistics, provide education, track repairs with SISCOMS, and identify account growth opportunities while maintaining credentialing and documentation.

Provide acquisition support across pre-award and post-award contract lifecycle: develop acquisition strategies, draft SOW/PWS and RFPs, support source selection, perform price/cost analysis, administer contracts (options, terminations, closeout), and mentor junior staff while meeting FAR and GAO requirements.

Provide forensic electrical engineering consulting for high-voltage/power systems: investigate shocks, equipment failures, design/construction defects, and disputes; perform design review, construction administration, site inspections, prepare technical reports, mentor staff, and testify in depositions/trial.

Lead drainage design and hydraulic analysis for transportation projects, develop pond and watershed models, prepare reports and estimates, coordinate with roadway designers, perform QC, mentor and manage up to five engineers, support proposals and client interactions, and work independently.

Supervise front desk operations ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, coach front desk associates, handle guest concerns, and monitor cash handling and compliance.

Greet students, answer account and scheduling questions, maintain organized studio information, support management and team members, build rapport with prospective clients, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced dance studio.
