Lead and develop a high-performance sales team to acquire new logos and grow existing accounts. Sell new and used RVs using a consultative, no-pressure approach. Maintain product knowledge, perform demonstrations, collaborate with F&I, attend events, meet sales goals, and assist customers throughout the purchase process.

Support interior architecture and base-building projects from programming through construction. Produce 2D/3D models, renderings, drawings, specifications, and material selections. Coordinate with project teams, consultants, vendors, and clients, manage documentation and schedules, and contribute to sustainable design and client relationships.
