Own day-to-day accounting for a fast-growing healthcare SaaS startup: run month-end and year-end close, journal entries, reconcile GL, manage revenue/billing, AP/AR, corporate card and payroll (Ramp, Rippling), ensure data integrity across Campfire, Salesforce and Replit, and drive systems, automation, and AI-driven efficiencies.

Lead strategic relationships with FedRAMP federal accounts, guiding onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion. Act as trusted advisor on Magnet products and FedRAMP controls, coordinate cross-functional teams, run executive business reviews, mitigate risk, and drive measurable customer outcomes and advocacy.

Design quote-to-cash flows, maintain AWS co-sell pipeline, create multi-system workflows, ensure data quality and reporting, prototype and iterate GTM infrastructure, and collaborate with Sales, Growth, and Partnerships leadership.

Manage configuration control for IR&D projects, maintain baselines and documentation, coordinate engineering change notices, ensure compliance with company configuration management processes, and support cross-functional stakeholders.
