Sell new and used vehicles to meet dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction targets. Responsibilities include prospecting, demonstrating and delivering vehicles, following up with customers, maintaining prospect and owner follow-up systems, attending training, coordinating with service/body shop, and complying with laws and company safety policies.

Provide friendly, knowledgeable guest service and product recommendations to drive sales. Greet guests, assist with fit and styling, promote marketing/events, support team onboarding, attend store meetings, and help achieve sales goals. Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, stocking, and working varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Identify, screen, and manage candidates and consultants for contract and direct-hire IT roles. Collaborate with sales, stakeholders, and SMEs to fill job orders, perform weekly interviews, maintain a candidate skills matrix, log activity in Bullhorn, generate leads, cross-sell across practices, and manage candidates through the hiring process. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office).

Lead planning and operations for Higher Education growth: perform market analysis, support integrated business planning, track KPIs/OKRs, drive strategic projects and partnerships, and align content roadmap to market and revenue priorities.

Build community relationships and educate families on pre-need cemetery and funeral planning. Conduct seminars, set appointments, give park tours, prospect daily, track activity in CRM, maintain paperwork, and deliver compassionate service while meeting performance metrics.

Responsible for territory sales and business development for U.S. Pipe Valve & Hydrant products. Call on distributors and end users to build specifications, provide training and technical support, manage quotes and bids, forecast sales, support warranty/claims, and represent products at trade organizations and large presentations. Frequent travel and territory coverage required.

Lead and grow Growve's Coupang marketplace presence by managing day-to-day operations, launching and optimizing product listings, monitoring account health and performance, executing growth strategies, analyzing trends and KPIs, collaborating cross-functionally, and improving processes and SOPs to scale sales in the Korea market.
