Lead and schedule logistics team in shift operations; maintain KPIs and standards; perform assessments and corrective actions; manage warehouse activities (storage, picking, inventory control); troubleshoot recurring issues; support process optimizations; execute technical tasks and conduct employee development and performance reviews.

Plan, optimize and execute purchasing, contracting and leasing of goods and services for PC&L. Manage suppliers, negotiate price/quality, handle warranties/claims, Min/Max inventory, prepare contracts, purchase fixed assets, follow IATF16949/ISO9001 and customer requirements, use SAP and Office, and communicate in English. Requires automotive experience and analytical, project management, and leadership skills.

Lead the Material Cost Reduction team to improve profitability via VAVE, supplier resourcing, and negotiations. Prioritize and manage cross-functional cost-reduction projects, create and track annual budgets and monthly savings metrics, develop business cases, coordinate workshops, align with Finance on EBIT targets, and ensure deliverables through implementation while mentoring the team and engaging with suppliers and customers.

Support production and supply chain teams with inventory accuracy, material flow monitoring, production planning assistance, inventory control systems, and data analysis while collaborating cross-functionally in a manufacturing environment.
