Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Public Accounting, Economics, Financial Engineering, International Trade, or related Engineering (Title and professional license)
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
- Minimum 7 years experience in Powertrain-related positions
- At least 3 years experience in Purchasing and Finance
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- Proven effective communication with suppliers and customers
- Strong knowledge of commercial and financial terms
- Experience with cost reduction processes (VA/VE)
- Proficiency in financial modeling
- Project management and project coordination skills
- Expert user of MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project)
- Knowledge of Magna Powertrain products and manufacturing processes
- High-level analytical, planning, and prioritization skills
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring ability
- Excellent oral and written communication in Spanish and English
- German language skills
