Lead strategic sourcing for defense/aerospace electronics, develop and manage supplier base, negotiate long-term agreements, drive cost reduction and supplier performance reviews, ensure AS9100/FAI compliance, and partner cross-functionally to align material readiness, regulatory compliance (DFARS/ITAR), and supply risk mitigation.

Lead global sourcing strategy for electronic/electromechanical or mechanical commodities, manage suppliers and long-term agreements, ensure AS9100/FAI compliance, drive cost reductions and TCO optimization, partner cross-functionally (engineering, operations, finance, legal) and use ERP/MRP and analytics for spend visibility and forecasting.

Lead materials planning, inventory strategy, and logistics for development programs and a greenfield manufacturing facility. Build planning models, manage work release and KPIs, mitigate long-lead risks, drive ECOs and NPI readiness, design warehouse/material flow, establish inventory controls, and lead a cross-functional team to scale production operations.

Manage sourcing and subcontract activities for Hivemind programs, including supplier selection, SOW development, negotiations, contract administration, milestone tracking, performance management, and cross-functional coordination with engineering, programs, legal, finance, and operations. Travel domestically up to 50% to support supplier oversight, integration, production readiness, and technical reviews. Maintain procurement records in ERP systems and drive continuous improvement of sourcing and subcontract processes.

Lead and execute global shipping, receiving, import/export, and warehouse operations. Ensure compliance with ITAR/EAR and DG regulations, manage freight forwarders and customs processes, maintain inventory in ERP/WMS, investigate logistics issues, support customer deliveries and field deployments, and mentor junior staff while driving process improvements.

Manage indirect procurement by executing and tracking purchase orders, sourcing vendors, negotiating pricing and terms, maintaining ERP records (Deltek Costpoint), onboarding suppliers, reconciling invoices, forecasting needs, and implementing procurement best practices.

Perform warehouse inventory control: maintain and update Costpoint ERP records, conduct cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, transfer and issue parts, support kit builds/packouts, assist deployments and demos, and provide customer service while ensuring accurate inventory accounting.
