Configure and sustain Mondelez's o9 planning platform: build data models, workflows, and analytics; develop custom planning logic (Python/R); design integrations with SAP/Oracle using Talend/Kafka/REST; execute testing and UAT; resolve post-go-live issues; create documentation and train regional planners to support global supply chain planning.

Supports customer service, product supply, logistics, transportation, distribution, and branch operations. Responsibilities may include inventory coordination, order management, customer deductions, credit analysis, route management, warehouse operations, transportation processes, and project work supporting safety, service, and cost goals. The internship is designed for undergraduate supply chain or business students and includes leadership exposure, development programming, and potential full-time conversion.

Leads procurement operations across manufacturing sites, managing procurement specialists, suppliers, sourcing activities, purchase orders, material availability, and supply risks. Oversees vendor performance, negotiates costs, ensures regulatory compliance, coordinates with supply chain, finance, quality, and commercial teams, and implements regional or global procurement initiatives. The role also drives process efficiency, cash generation, strategic category management, financial modeling, sustainability, and procurement transformation.

Manage daily procurement activities for a site or geographic area, serving as the primary contact between stakeholders, sourcing teams, plants, supply chain, commercial teams, quality assurance, and suppliers. Ensure material availability, support business continuity, execute sourcing and spot-buying activities, coordinate project implementation, maintain source-to-pay compliance, and resolve issues while meeting service-level targets.

Support development and execution of sourcing strategies for facility management and real estate spend categories. Perform spend and market analytics, run make-or-buy analyses and bid events, prepare negotiation materials, support project execution and supplier relationship management, and drive controls and compliance.

Serve as the single procurement contact for Vietnam indirect spend: partner with stakeholders, drive strategic sourcing, manage supplier relationships and risk, ensure P2P compliance, deliver cost savings, and lead the local indirect procurement team.

Lead end-to-end management of indirect spend for Mondelez Malaysia—drive strategic sourcing, cost savings, supplier performance and risk mitigation, ensure P2P and policy compliance, partner with stakeholders, and develop the procurement team and digital tools adoption.
