Job Description
Are You Ready to Make It Happen at Mondelēz International?
Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking. Make It With Pride.
This role will own the challenge end-to-end by establishing a clear view of current performance, identifying the root causes of low adoption, and influencing sourcing managers and TSM buyers to enable the appropriate buying channels that close the gap toward target levels.
This role does not own categories or supplier relationships directly. Its value lies in bridging the gap between what sourcing managers / TSM Buyers negotiate and how business users actually transact. The objective is to ensure that catalogues become the primary and preferred purchasing path, driving compliance, efficiency, and spend under management.
This is an 18-month fixed-term position.
How you will contribute
You will:
  • Baseline & Diagnostics - Analyse current catalogue penetration across all Indirect Categories globally (PO volume and spend). Identify gaps by category, region, and supplier to establish a clear baseline and inform prioritisation.
  • Influence Sourcing Managers/ TSM Teams on Buying Channel Enablement - Engage sourcing managers to ensure that every sourcing event, contract renewal, or supplier agreement includes a buying channel decision. Position catalogue enablement as a standard outcome of the sourcing process, not an optional follow-up.
  • Drive User Adoption - Work with business requisitioners to remove barriers, simplify the purchasing experience, and shift behaviour toward catalogue-first buying. Identify why requestors are not using catalogues and address those issues directly.
  • Buying Channel Selection & Activation - For each category and supplier, determine the most suitable Coupa buying channel (punchout, hosted or catalogue) and drive execution to get it live and performing.
  • Roadmap & Prioritisation - Develop and maintain a clear improvement plan with milestones and timelines, aligned to overall procurement goals, to move catalogue penetration toward benchmark levels.
  • Reporting & Visibility - Improve current dashboards and track KPIs to give leadership regular visibility on progress. Use data to determine where to focus influence and effort next.
  • Regional Alignment - Ensure regional procurement teams understand the catalogue penetration agenda, their role in supporting it, and have the information and tools needed to drive local adoption.
  • Barrier Removal - Identify and resolve blockers to catalogue adoption - whether system-related, supplier content gaps, process/system issues, or lack of stakeholder engagement - by working through the appropriate teams.

What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
Must-have:
  • Experience in Indirect Procurement Categories (e.g., MRO, IT, Professional Services, Facilities, Marketing, Travel).
  • Solid knowledge of Coupa or similar P2P platforms, particularly Buying Channels (Punchout catalogues, hosted catalogues, contract-based buying, guided buying).
  • Strong data analytics capability - able to extract insights from procurement data, build dashboards, identify trends, and translate findings into clear actions.
  • Proven ability to influence in a global, matrixed organisation - getting sourcing managers, buyers, and regional teams to adopt new ways of working without having direct authority over them.

Nice-to-have:
  • Experience with Celonis or similar process mining tools.
  • Coupa certification.
  • Experience leading change management or adoption campaigns in procurement environments.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Buying Channel Management, or P2P process improvement.

Valid only for Slovakia:
We pride ourselves on having a high performing and collaborative culture where we support your career and development. In return for your commitment, drive and enthusiasm, we offer salary starting from 3334 € plus annual bonus payment based on your performance. The final offer will depend on the skills and previous experience of the candidate. We also offer top attractive benefits.
