Lead workforce capacity modeling, forecasting, and staffing strategy for Care Team operations. Build tools, dashboards, and processes to align resourcing with growth, support hiring and onboarding timelines, and analyze utilization to drive operational improvements across Care, Product, Marketing, and Finance.

Lead configuration, implementation, testing, and ongoing administration of Oracle HCM and related business systems. Provide expert UNIX/AIX/Linux administration for large multi-site environments, including installation, patching, performance tuning, capacity planning, security hardening (SOC1, NERC CIP, CIS), audit support, Veritas InfoScale administration, automation scripting, and stakeholder collaboration to maintain reliability, compliance, and performance.

Provide first-line end-user technical support for hardware, software, and collaboration tools in a hybrid environment. Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 apps, manage user provisioning and licenses in Entra and Defender, support onboarding/offboarding, maintain IT documentation, assist with onsite workstation and conference room setups, coordinate with vendors, monitor support queues, and deliver user training for productivity tools.

Act as a technical liaison between customers, Customer Success, and Engineering to triage and resolve technical issues via Zendesk/JIRA/calls. Handle incidents (including on-call), translate customer feedback into engineering actions, develop reusable solutions, identify and escalate bugs, and collaborate cross-functionally to mitigate site event incidents.

Provide remote executive support including calendar and email management, meeting coordination, proposal and presentation preparation, CRM and SharePoint administration, process and SOP documentation, project coordination, and occasional invoicing support. Work closely with leadership to streamline workflows and maintain organized operational records during company growth.

Provide technical support for Automation Anywhere products across cloud and on-prem environments: diagnose issues, analyze logs and workflows, troubleshoot infrastructure/configuration, handle tickets and remote sessions, escalate complex problems, document solutions, and participate in 24x7 rotational shifts to maintain high customer satisfaction.
