Remote SAP Business Engagement Analyst to analyze, redesign, and optimize end-to-end SAP processes (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP). Lead process improvement using Lean/Six Sigma, support S/4HANA migrations, coordinate UAT, stakeholder workshops, change management, training, and deliver project reporting and ROI analyses to increase efficiency and system adoption.

Provide front-line Tier 1 IT support for El Dorado Hills office and remote employees: troubleshoot hardware/software/access issues, provision and deploy devices, manage onboarding/offboarding, maintain IT asset records, assist with endpoint projects, partner with vendors, and support physical security systems. Requires occasional after-hours support.

Provide high-touch support to senior leaders: manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, develop executive presentations, draft communications, track action items, implement efficiencies, use productivity and AI tools, handle confidential information, and support cross-functional initiatives and special projects.

Handle inbound/outbound pharmacy calls from members, providers, and pharmacies; process prior authorizations and appeals; explain benefits, formulary and claims adjudication; record calls and maintain quality standards; support pharmacists with medication reviews and clerical call center operations.

Provide administrative and project support to a hiring department, performing assigned tasks, troubleshooting basic office equipment, using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), communicating professionally, supervising or leading as needed, managing multiple assignments, and ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
