Administer and support Oracle Engineered Systems (OPA, Exadata, ODA, ZFS), manage networking and Linux environments, troubleshoot complex infrastructure incidents, perform maintenance and upgrades, support project delivery and documentation, and improve platform resilience, automation, and monitoring while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Lead AI, automation, and UX roadmap for Complex Claims platform. Drive discovery, data analysis, user stories, system mapping, UAT, and cross-functional delivery. Mentor PMs and align stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and financial outcomes.

Provide remote phone and email technical support for cash recycling machines, diagnosing hardware and software issues, guiding users and field technicians, documenting tickets, following scripts and escalating complex problems.

Serve as senior strategic lead across a portfolio of client accounts, designing full-funnel, multi-channel media strategies, aligning measurement frameworks (MTA, MMM, incrementality), guiding budget and audience strategy, leading executive client engagements, driving retention/revenue/profitability, mentoring teams, and partnering with analytics, creative, and business development to operationalize test-and-learn roadmaps and integrated execution.

Design and own UX/UI across VibeIQ’s collaborative apps. Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Partner with product and engineering to define problems, contribute to the design system, run design reviews, and improve complex workflows. Embed with strategic customers to scope, build, and deploy complex integrations, backend services, and data pipelines that connect enterprise systems (data lakes, IdP, PLM, ERP) to CoLab. Own delivery from discovery to production, collaborate with product, design, engineering and customer teams, drive adoption, and feed learnings back to the product.
