Provide financial leadership for plant operations, leading the plant controlling team. Own budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, monthly close, cost accounting, inventory, and internal controls. Deliver operational financial analysis and partner with manufacturing and IT to improve reporting, ERP data integrity, and financial performance.

Manage full accounts payable cycle: collect and enter invoices and employee expenses, print and mail checks, allocate and reconcile AP to the general ledger, respond to vendor inquiries, support departmental expense tracking, and back up teammates while ensuring safety and compliance.

Role requires consultative selling, CRM use, occasional travel (~20%), and technical fluency with product configuration and basic Git/support tools.

Provide front-desk support at an on-site student HUB: welcome visitors, answer inquiries, assist students with resources and events, maintain records and attendance, perform administrative tasks and support smooth HUB operations.

Lead monthly close activities, prepare and analyze financial reports, oversee grant and fund accounting, support audits and Form 990 preparation, develop budgets and internal controls, and lead finance projects and compliance efforts.

Manage day-to-day benefits and leave administration (FMLA, ADA, workers' comp), lead open enrollment, maintain HRIS records (Paycom), support talent acquisition and onboarding, analyze HR data, and ensure compliance with federal and Illinois leave laws and CBA provisions.
