Provide onsite administrative support to Springwell staff, especially the Quality and Contract team. Duties include data entry, reports, audit support, document organization, mail/phone/email handling, receptionist coverage, and maintaining supply and meeting spaces.

Lead development and execution of high‑profile impact litigation and legal strategies defending shareholder rights and environmental/social interests. Draft briefs and petitions, coordinate pro bono counsel, advise staff on legal aspects of shareholder advocacy, and collaborate with partners to respond to emerging regulatory or legislative challenges.
