Support the principal by leading instructional and cultural vision, teacher coaching, assessments, data-driven improvement, staff supervision, restorative practices, and oversight of student programs and activities to improve academic outcomes.

Manage day-to-day benefits and leave administration (FMLA, ADA, workers' comp), lead open enrollment, maintain HRIS records (Paycom), support talent acquisition and onboarding, analyze HR data, and ensure compliance with federal and Illinois leave laws and CBA provisions.

Manage volunteer recruitment, chapter support, and regional fundraising; organize and service committees and events; maintain databases, reports, inventory, and communication with staff and stakeholders; meet fundraising, membership, and event efficiency targets; attend meetings and trainings.

Support institutional fundraising through grant reporting, deliverables tracking, grant writing, investor engagement planning, budget compliance, data collection, and cross-department collaboration. Manage project and CRM systems, prepare materials for leadership, and help streamline processes to strengthen institutional giving.

Lead and execute technical and on-page SEO: perform site audits, keyword research, analytics and reporting, implement technical fixes (site architecture, schema, speed), manage SEO tools, develop content and link-building strategy, and collaborate with engineering and content teams.

Administer benefits and process semi-monthly payroll, ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintain HRIS and personnel records, support onboarding, employee relations, leave tracking, audits, reporting, and HR process improvements.
