Coordinates the Austin office’s daily operations, facilities, supplies, vendors, events, communications, and safety activities. Manages onboarding logistics, I-9 checks, equipment and access setup, basic HR inquiries, executive scheduling, interview coordination, and occasional recruiting support. This part-time, in-office role partners with the UK People, IT, Communications, and Talent teams to create a welcoming, organized, and engaging workplace.

Drives wholesale revenue by sourcing and managing buyer relationships, negotiating pricing and terms, pricing used IT equipment, and coordinating inventory allocation, orders, fulfillment, and issue resolution. Requires regular travel to industrial and construction sites with variable environmental conditions and safety requirements.

Leads development and implementation of community cohorts and learning networks supporting economic growth in lower-income communities. Designs learning experiences, convenings, selection processes, outreach, technical assistance, and progress monitoring. Helps develop communications strategy and communicate initiative progress to internal and external stakeholders. Collaborates with community organizations, consultants, policymakers, financial institutions, and internal teams on housing, small business, and other local economic development topics.

Manage and grow strategic relationships with enterprise clients, drive product adoption, retention, expansion, and renewals. Collaborate with Product, Implementation, Support, Sales, and Leadership to deliver ROI, conduct business reviews, and increase net dollar retention.

Build and maintain production frontend applications for mission-critical communications software. Develop reusable UI components, integrate frontend systems with APIs and backend services, implement testing and CI/CD pipelines, resolve defects and performance issues, and support technical documentation. Translate requirements into development tasks, contribute to agile planning, provide technical leadership and mentorship, and collaborate with engineering, UI/UX, and customer stakeholders.

Own and grow LTX’s technical distribution partnerships from outreach and evaluation through negotiation, launch, and ongoing management. Serve as the primary partner contact, coordinate API releases and communications, support joint go-to-market initiatives, and identify ecosystem opportunities. Collaborate with product, R&D, legal, finance, and marketing teams while expanding into hardware, compute, inference, and physical AI partnerships.

Conducts IT audit fieldwork, evaluates and tests IT controls, identifies cybersecurity and technology risks, assesses IT projects and governance, follows up on remediation, monitors risk indicators, and communicates findings and recommendations to business and IT stakeholders.

Leads and coaches Customer Success Managers across the U.S. and U.K., overseeing enterprise renewals, retention, expansion, forecasting, and churn mitigation. Supports escalations, executive account engagement, customer value realization, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Services. Develops customer success playbooks, drives AI adoption, aligns team goals, and participates in hiring, performance management, and career development. Requires up to 50% travel and hybrid availability in Chicago or Bellevue.

Own and scale legal operations, including CLM administration, contract workflows, templates, playbooks, intake, first-pass agreement review, legal governance records, AI-powered automations, training, outside counsel relationships, and the legal technology stack. The role supports revenue self-service and builds scalable infrastructure for a growing technology company.
