This role involves being the primary technical contact for key Fastly customers, managing relationships, resolving escalations, and mentoring team members. The engineer will utilize technical expertise in cloud architecture, networking, and scripting to improve client operations, support product implementation, and advocate for the customer's needs.

Build major-donor pipeline, oversee CRM and giving platforms, design scalable development systems, manage donor stewardship and events, cultivate community and church partnerships, lead and train staff/volunteers, and track performance and compliance to drive sustainable revenue growth.
