Supports audit controls, access recertification, documentation, and collaboration with IT support and software teams to improve endpoint reliability and incident resolution.

Administers and supports the Epicor Kinetic ERP system in a manufacturing environment, including configuration, user setup, dashboards, reporting, troubleshooting, upgrades, and integrations. Provides local desktop, hardware, network, help desk, and shop floor systems support. Collaborates with Corporate IT, maintains documentation and training materials, manages tickets, and provides after-hours support for critical issues.

Administer the Viewpoint Vista ERP environment, including users, permissions, configurations, performance, updates, data standards, reports, dashboards, and support.
