Leads enterprise IT infrastructure, networking, cloud operations, service delivery, vendor relationships, and IT support across corporate and theater locations. Manages and develops the IT support team, oversees Azure and Microsoft 365 operations, leads incident response and infrastructure projects, maintains backup and disaster recovery readiness, coordinates digital-platform vendors, supports compliance and cybersecurity initiatives, and drives automation, reliability, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Provides day-to-day administration and support for business technology solutions, including system configuration, data maintenance, reporting, troubleshooting, access management, documentation, testing, and end-user training. Collaborates with product owners, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to improve data quality, resolve issues, define requirements, and support software enhancements and rollouts.

Provide hands-on system administration and functional support for Air Force DMLSS and LogiCole environments. Monitor system and server status, support end-of-day/month/fiscal-year processes, handle confidential information, multitask and adapt in a fast-changing environment. Remote/hybrid work; SECRET clearance eligibility required.

Administer the Viewpoint Vista ERP environment, including users, permissions, configurations, performance, updates, data standards, reports, dashboards, and support. Partner with Finance, HR, Operations, and Project Management to improve workflows and data integrity. Provide Tier 1–3 user support, training, documentation, troubleshooting, testing, and system enhancement coordination across a multi-entity industrial services organization.

Provide after-hours remote first-line support for employees, clients, and operations: troubleshoot hardware/software/access issues, handle staffing/scheduling notifications, document tickets, escalate critical matters, deploy and re-image equipment, support AV/meetings, and coordinate follow-up with internal teams to ensure business continuity.

Provide L2 technical support and software administration for big-data and analytics platforms, perform Linux server administration and network troubleshooting, coordinate vendor L3 support, manage the Command and Control Center, and track system consumption and patches.

Provide first-line technical support to employees nationwide: troubleshoot hardware/software, manage accounts and devices (Active Directory, Microsoft 365), deploy and maintain workstations and peripherals, assist onboarding/offboarding, document solutions, escalate complex issues, and deliver strong customer service while meeting SLAs.

Provide onsite desktop and laptop repair and troubleshooting, support desk-side applications and infrastructure, respond to client service calls within SLAs, maintain asset control and reporting, follow safety and client policies, and perform occasional long-distance or overnight assignments as required.

Provide Level 2 technical support for end-user hardware and software (80%) and infrastructure (20%). Tasks include iPhone/iOS deployment and troubleshooting, PC rollouts, application installation, printer and barcode scanner support, PC imaging (SCCM), inventory/disposal, ticket management (Remedy), and project support.

Provides Level 2 support for SaaS and custom insurance applications through phone, chat, email, and in-person channels. Troubleshoots access issues and data errors, supports application conversions and implementations, assists with software upgrade testing, follows security and access standards, and escalates complex issues. Requires strong customer service, application troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills. The role is hybrid or remote with approximately 5% travel.
