Coordinate with IT, telephony providers, and internal teams, travel frequently to customer sites, assess risks, and improve implementation playbooks.

The Trading and Operations Analyst will manage trade execution, support onboarding of accounts, drive process improvement, and collaborate with various teams to enhance operational efficiency. They will analyze data, monitor risks, and ensure regulatory compliance in a dynamic environment.

Serve as first contact for helpdesk tickets, resolve Tier 1/2 issues across macOS/Windows, manage onboarding/offboarding and hardware lifecycle, lead IT knowledge management (Confluence/Helpdesk KB) with machine-readable documentation for AI assistants, and perform Tier 2 SaaS administration (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, Intune, Freshservice).

Own member inquiries end-to-end via email, live chat, and occasional phone. Triage and resolve tickets, verify accounts securely, coordinate with operations and suppliers, maintain canned responses, and surface recurring issues to improve processes.
