Processes commercial insurance policy lifecycle transactions in Applied EPIC, including new business, renewals, endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, certificates, carrier documents, and billing. Maintains accurate policy records, reviews documents and invoices, issues insurance certificates and identification cards, tracks production, meets service-level agreements, and achieves volume and quality targets in a high-volume environment.

Partner with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, design workflows, support SDLC (Agile/Waterfall), create BRDs and test cases, perform minor system configuration, support QA/UAT, liaise with vendors, and help optimize mortgage loan lifecycle processes (Origination through Post-Closing).

Establish governance, business rules, SLAs, controls, and performance metrics; optimize workflows and integrations; resolve data quality and lead-flow issues; and partner with Sales, Marketing, Data Science, IT, and Analytics. Manage and develop a small team while overseeing operational priorities, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Administer and optimize Salesforce environments supporting GTM and RevOps teams. Responsibilities include configuring objects, fields, layouts, validation rules, flows, reports, dashboards, permissions, and security settings; maintaining automations and data flows; managing imports, exports, and cleanup; troubleshooting issues; auditing data; gathering stakeholder requirements; and providing support, documentation, and training.

Manage daily timekeeping and payroll support for construction projects: enter, review, and reconcile timecards; coordinate onboarding; produce manpower, payroll, and job-cost reports; maintain records; liaise with field supervisors and project teams; handle document control and general coordination; support safety and compliance.

Operate a lean business-incubation pod to rapidly turn concepts into live tests. Own logistics, field execution, partner outreach, and travel. Track multiple pilots, build basic financial models, document customer conversations and pilot results, and enable fast decisions on scaling or killing ideas. Work independently with direction from the team lead.

Manage and oversee foreclosure processes and complex litigation portfolios, ensure compliance with investor, federal and state guidelines, serve as escalation point, coordinate with attorneys and internal teams, perform QC and reporting, approve attorney fees, update procedures, and maintain internal controls.

The Operations Specialist will process customer designs through analysis pipelines, track design progress, refine procedures, and provide feedback to improve tooling.

Lead and coordinate sustainability initiatives across FedEx Freight, including data collection, reporting, stakeholder engagement, program implementation, and analysis to reduce environmental impact and improve efficiency. Educate leaders and teams, support sustainability reporting (e.g., Global Citizenship Report), and pursue opportunities like LEED certification and cost-reduction projects.
