Hands-on FP&A business partner responsible for company-wide P&L consolidation, planning, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, and executive commentary. Manage operational aspects and end-of-life for product lines, analyze customer and usage data to recommend improvements, define KPIs, align cross-functional stakeholders, run EOL planning and communications, and support post-launch product optimization across broadband, wireless, or business data & voice domains.

Lead Salesforce platform administration, manage Conga and DocuSign document/signature workflows, configure declarative automation (Flows, approval processes), support enterprise production incidents, govern templates/versioning, coordinate releases, and train/support end users across business units.

Lead design and implementation of real-time, event-driven data ecosystems powering personalization. Define self-service data infrastructure, governance, and architecture standards. Provide cross-team technical oversight, mentor engineers, ensure production reliability and cost optimization, participate in deployments and on-call, and collaborate on roadmaps and OKRs.

Lead global Consulting Services innovation by developing standardized methodologies, AI-enabled delivery capabilities, reusable assets, and scalable service offerings. Own the Ascend methodology and One Epicor Delivery Experience, partner with Product teams, validate and industrialize new capabilities, and build multidisciplinary global teams to accelerate implementation speed and customer outcomes with financial and operational discipline.
