Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Security, AMS) to ensure readiness gates, manage cutover and rollback plans, run Go/No-Go meetings, handle CAB/ITSM change processes, enable support and hypercare, and deliver documented evidence and smooth BAU handoffs.

Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts, collaborate with developers to find and fix defects, execute manual and automated tests, perform regression testing, create test documentation and reports, and support CI/CD and DevOps-aligned QA processes across platforms.
