Conduct high-volume outreach to prior business customers, understand their financing needs, assist with applications, gather documentation, recommend appropriate financial products, maintain CRM records, and transfer qualified opportunities to senior sales representatives for closing. Follow designs through fabrication, production, installation, and field support, resolving issues and contributing creative solutions.

Provides reception and administrative support in a district attorney’s office, including case processing, filing, data entry, call handling, visitor assistance, and coordination with victims, witnesses, law enforcement, courts, and other agencies.

Installs, configures, monitors, and troubleshoots datacenter network infrastructure across HPC servers, clusters, and specialized environments. Supports Cisco and Juniper routers and switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, InfiniBand, Fibre Channel SAN, and virtualization platforms. Applies TCP/IP, L2/L3 routing and switching, firewall, and access-control expertise. Uses ticketing and collaboration tools, participates in on-call support, and works in live-call environments. Requires network architecture experience, DoD IAT II certification, and active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Apply documentation tools, industry standards, and best practices to improve clarity, usability, and content quality.

Manage and grow a customer book of business by driving product adoption, renewals, expansion, retention, and advocacy. Serve as a strategic advisor, lead executive business reviews and renewal negotiations, identify at-risk accounts, communicate customer needs to product teams, and develop expertise in intellectual property and brand protection. Use customer data, metrics, and industry trends to guide success strategies and demonstrate product value.

Supports day-to-day influencer marketing operations by tracking campaign performance, revenue, commissions, budgets, deliverables, deadlines, and contracted obligations. Manages product seeding and PR box logistics, maintains campaign calendars and workflows, coordinates cross-functional activities, and leads team calls with agendas. The role requires strong organization, communication, administrative, and project coordination skills in a fast-paced remote environment.
