Serves as an HR business partner and trusted advisor to leaders across assigned offices. Provides coaching and guidance on employee relations, performance management, investigations, organizational change, talent development, engagement, retention, and workforce planning. The role requires substantial regional travel and customer engagement.

Leads product design for consumer acquisition and zero-to-one innovation across financial products. Owns prequalification, AI-enabled acquisition, conversion journeys, rapid prototyping, research, experimentation, and production-ready design. Partners with Product, Engineering, Data, QA, and executives to shape strategy, improve growth metrics, launch new products, and evolve the design system. Mentors contract designers and operates independently across multiple workstreams.

Directs the City's finance and accounting operations, including accounts payable, payroll, receivables, cash and investments, reporting, budgeting, purchasing compliance, asset inventory, and financial systems. Identify and prospect small and midsized businesses, present Insperity’s HR services and technology virtually and in person, build executive relationships, develop sales pipelines, meet management-set sales goals, complete bid paperwork, and facilitate onboarding for new clients. The role uses a consultative sales approach supported by marketing, training, mentorship, and service teams.

Lead strategic planning and project management for Integrity Life marketing initiatives. Create creative briefs, marketing plans, presentations, content calendars, and measurement frameworks. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and dependencies, track performance, and deliver post-launch insights to optimize programs.

Reviews and annotates video footage to identify traffic events and potential violations, verifies detailed incident data, follows strict confidentiality protocols, and provides feedback to improve annotation tools and processes. The role requires careful attention to detail, accurate data review, timely completion of work, and collaboration in training and team meetings. This is a full-time, on-site position in Salt Lake City with occasional overtime.
