Diagnose, troubleshoot, resolve or escalate issues for internal and external customers, support Windows/Mac, Office/Outlook, Lotus Notes, Active Directory, SharePoint, Exchange and unified communications products.

Provide Tier 1/2 end-user IT support across manufacturing, warehouse, and office sites. Troubleshoot hardware, network, and production systems; manage tickets in ITSM, coordinate vendors, maintain documentation, deploy devices, and support ERP/WMS and RF/mobile systems to minimize operational downtime.

Provide phone and email technical support for BioLite and Goal Zero products using Zendesk. Troubleshoot consumer electronics, process warranty claims, manage cases to resolution, maintain internal support documentation, escalate to Engineering/Quality/Warehouse as needed, and identify recurring issues to improve products and support processes.

Provide frontline IT support for Breeze team members: troubleshoot hardware, network, and software issues; manage user accounts and permissions in Azure AD and Microsoft 365; support Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices; maintain asset records; assist with Teams and meeting-room equipment; monitor enterprise systems; perform installs, minor repairs, and project work; participate in rotating on-call and shift schedules.
