Lead Aurora's operating cadence and strategic GTM initiatives. Partner cross-functionally to identify bottlenecks, build executive-ready analyses and models, and implement data-driven process, systems, and automation solutions including dashboards and AI-enabled workflows.

Lead revenue operations for Marketing and BDR, partnering with leadership to plan pipeline coverage, analyze funnel leakage, recommend fixes, own reporting infrastructure and tech stack, and drive cross-functional initiatives to scale top-of-funnel performance.

Provide first-line support for credit union clients using core banking platforms, troubleshoot member data and transaction issues, document tickets, escalate complex problems, assist with installations/updates, maintain documentation, and deliver user training and exceptional client service.

Administer and stabilize the studio-owned Flow (ShotGrid) production tracking environment, prioritize Flow/Jira bridge reliability, re-architect automation/event listeners, troubleshoot integrations, audit and document configurations, improve pipelines (Character, VFX, Cinematics), manage schemas/permissions, configure vendor access, and build dashboards and reports.

Own and optimize Zuora billing and the Salesforce-Zuora integration across quote-to-cash. Improve automation, support billing accuracy and revenue recognition with Finance, troubleshoot complex issues, analyze billing data, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Support to streamline subscription billing operations.

Supervise repossession and remarketing operations, manage vendor relationships, hire/train remote staff, maximize vehicle recovery value, ensure compliance and documentation, audit expenses, and monitor KPIs to improve efficiencies.

Lead and scale the Business Operations function, translate corporate strategy into operational execution, own company-wide operating systems (OKRs, planning, reviews), remove execution risks, improve organizational efficiency, and establish project management and process rigor across Wing.

Lead management of complex property, casualty, catastrophe, auto, and workers' compensation claims; oversee TPAs and vendors; evaluate coverage, reserves, and settlements; mentor claims staff; drive process improvements, KPIs, and catastrophe response.
