Use Big Data tools (Spark, Kafka, EMR, S3) and AWS services to ingest, store, transform, and query large datasets. Maintain and optimize systems, perform code reviews, mentor engineers, implement security and data governance, and collaborate with product teams in an Agile environment to deliver reliable production software.

Lead global end-user IT support strategy, vendor management, and service delivery. Ensure consistent, high-quality service desk, desktop, and endpoint operations, drive ITIL-based processes, automation, CSAT improvement, and continuous service improvement while partnering with business leaders and suppliers to align support with business objectives.

Lead activation strategy across the early user journey to accelerate time-to-value and retention. Define activation milestones, run high-velocity experiments, analyze funnels and cohorts, partner with Data, Design, Engineering, and Marketing, and communicate results to executives to drive onboarding, engagement, and downstream conversion at scale.

Lead end-to-end client implementations from kickoff through launch and stabilization. Own project planning, timelines, cross-functional execution, risk identification/escalation, status reporting, issue resolution, process improvement, and act as primary client point of contact to ensure successful launches.
