Develop, enhance, and support internal and client-facing software applications using C# and .NET. Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and engineering teams, contribute to architectural decisions, review code, mentor engineers, and explore responsible AI-assisted workflows.

Drive new customer acquisition and expand existing SMB and mid-market relationships for IT managed services and cybersecurity solutions. Build C-suite relationships, translate IT and security needs into consultative solutions, develop roadmaps and proposals, manage CRM pipelines and forecasts, and collaborate with engineers, architects, vendors, and marketing. Use data-driven and AI-assisted prospecting to create opportunities, conduct presentations, attend events, and close sales.

Owns billing-related customer support, including invoice questions, payment issues, disputes, renewals, and dunning communications. Maintains enterprise subscriptions and billing details in Stripe, investigates usage discrepancies through internal dashboards, coordinates with Sales and Finance, completes vendor onboarding, and processes company vendor invoices. The role also improves billing documentation and helps ensure accurate, complete customer invoicing.
