Responsibilities include IAM and security compliance, observability and centralized logging, Jenkins and Travis CI pipelines, Kubernetes and Helm administration, Rancher cluster management, cloud cost optimization, and Terraform-based infrastructure provisioning. The role is fully remote within the United States and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus at least five years of progressively responsible experience.

Partners across Finance, Sales, Operations, and customers to resolve discrepancies, improve billing processes, and ensure accurate and timely payments.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise B2B SaaS or cybersecurity accounts, coordinating customer communications, follow-ups, onboarding, adoption, escalations, and renewals. Maintain Jira tickets, account health scores, and risk visibility while partnering with solution architects, technical support, and account directors. The role owns day-to-day customer relationships, ensures action items are completed, identifies adoption risks, and surfaces expansion opportunities.

Drive the full engagement cycle for an AI-powered EdTech simulation platform, including prospect research, outbound outreach, consultative discovery, product demonstrations, instructor onboarding, pilot activation, adoption monitoring, feedback synthesis, and Salesforce reporting. The contractor will build higher education pilot opportunities, support classroom implementation, identify adoption barriers, document market insights, and develop continuation and advocacy plans.

Coordinates the full employee onboarding lifecycle, including pre-employment requirements, orientation, training, compliance documentation, equipment and system access, employee inquiries, reporting, and process improvement. Partners with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition, IT, Learning and Development, Credentialing, and other teams to ensure new associates have a compliant and effective start.

Performs broad HR generalist duties including onboarding, offboarding, benefits and leave administration, employee relations, performance management, compensation, HRIS administration, policy implementation, employment law compliance, reporting, and employee investigations. Partners with managers and employees, supports training and organizational initiatives, maintains personnel records, and develops HR programs and solutions.

Own Pairs’ brand strategy, positioning, voice, visual identity, content, newsletters, reports, social channels, video production, sponsorships, retargeting, and SEO. Write and publish content, direct and edit founder and investor story shoots, structure content for AI answer engines and journalists, measure share of voice and inbound performance, and manage and develop VC Content Interns. This is a hands-on player-coach role reporting to the co-founders.
